1、 Material Overview

  Sulfuric acid brocade has strong acidity and corrosiveness. In response to this characteristic, our company has upgraded and improved the equipment manufacturing. The upper and lower boxes of the vibrating fluidized bed, as well as the inner surface walls, are all attached with 3mm fiberglass. The vibrating plate is made of special nickel plate punched duck tongue holes, and the exhaust emissions are all made of high-temperature and corrosion-resistant fiberglass materials. The support frame and support tube are also made of carbon steel Teflon material. In order to achieve good emission results, the cloth bags of the bag dust collector are made of special materials that are extremely acid resistant. Even the variable frequency air regulation of the induced draft fan is made of FRP. This process effectively solves the problems of high temperature and high corrosion encountered during the material drying process.

3、 Principle of Special Vibration Fluidized Bed Dryer for Nickel Sulfate

  The material enters the machine from the feeding port and jumps forward on the air distribution plate under the excitation force provided by the vibration motor or other means. At the same time, the air is filtered and heated to a certain temperature, and enters the lower air chamber of the dryer through the air outlet. Under the dual effects of the vibration force and the hot air flow evenly distributed by the air distribution plate, the material is in a suspended state and in contact with the hot air flow. There is intense turbulence between the material particles and the hot medium, To strengthen the heat and mass transfer process, the dried product is discharged from the discharge port, and the evaporated water and waste gas are collected by the cyclone separator and discharged into the atmosphere. The lower bed provides a stable and pressurized air chamber for the bed layer. Adjust the induced draft fan to maintain a slight negative pressure on the upper part of the bed material in the upper box, maintain a good dry environment, and prevent dust leakage.

4、 Characteristics of nickel sulfate special vibrating fluidized bed dryer

  a. The material is evenly heated, with sufficient heat exchange and high drying intensity, saving about 30% energy compared to ordinary dryers. The vibration source is driven by a vibration motor, with balanced operation, convenient maintenance, low noise, and long service life. Stable fluidization, no dead corners or blowing through phenomena. It has minimal damage to the surface of the material and can be used for fragile drying. When the material particles are irregular, it does not affect the working effect.

  b. Adopting a fully enclosed structure, it effectively prevents cross contamination between materials and air, and the working environment is clean. Good adjustability, wide adaptability, stepless adjustment of material layer thickness, internal movement speed, and amplitude changes can be achieved.

  c. Due to the application of vibration, the minimum fluidized gas velocity can be reduced, which can significantly reduce the air demand, thereby reducing dust layer entrainment. Supporting heat sources, fans, cyclone separators, etc. can also be correspondingly reduced in specifications, and complete equipment can be reduced, resulting in significant energy-saving effects. It is convenient to adjust the vibration parameters to change the residence time inside the machine. The piston flow operation reduces the requirements for material particle size uniformity and regularity, making it easy to obtain uniform drying products.
